Do you have parking available?
Yes — we have onsite parking available for our brides during their appointments. Entry is via Lorne Street, between BBQ Duck Cafe and Plus Chicken. Click here for detailed images of our carpark. Please note: the carpark entry is secured and not open to the public. If you require parking, let us know when we confirm your appointment, and we’ll provide you with an access code.
What should I bring to my consultation?
An open mind is always a great start! If you have inspiration images — whether from Pinterest, Instagram, or our own website — we encourage you to bring them along. Heels in any colour are welcome, and while nude or flesh-toned underwear can be helpful, it’s not essential.
How many guests can I bring to my consultation?
There’s no set limit, but we gently recommend bringing a small circle of trusted friends or family. Too many opinions can sometimes make the decision-making process feel a little overwhelming.
What sample sizes are available to try on?
Majority of our samples range between sizes 6-14. However, as specialists in custom and bespoke design, we cater to all body shapes and sizes – each gown is tailored to you.
When should I order my veil?
The majority of our veils are handcrafted in-house at our Auckland atelier and typically require 1 to 3 weeks. If you need yours sooner, just let us know – we’re happy to accommodate tighter timeframes where possible.
