Complementary standard shipping is offered to all New Zealand orders, and complementary standard shipping is offered to all international orders over $500.00 NZD.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vinka Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including but not limited to tariffs and or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
However, all international orders will not be subject to local Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be deducted from your order at checkout.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided when you order through our website is accurate and complete. Vinka Design is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Vinka Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
